The team at Products Group International (www.productsgroup.com) pioneered the use of portable ultrasound machines in large, small and exotic animal veterinary clinics. To keep their clients up to date on the latest technological developments in the field, they put out a monthly MailChimp newsletter.

When they got too busy to keep up the monthly production schedule they reached out to me to update the look and feel of the newsletter, create email campaigns – including landing pages – get the publication schedule back on track, and manage their mailing lists.

It soon became apparent that the Joomla site (for which I was also updating content) needed a refresh. We built a new site in WordPress with a similar look and feel for brand consistency, and tied it into the already successful webstore.

The new site is easier to manage on the back end, and easier to navigate for customers and users.

The email newsletter has continued to gain new subscribers, and click-through and conversion rates meet or exceed industry standards.
